SERVICE FULFILLMENT TERMS
At Breanna Visual Works LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional video editing services through a clear and organized fulfillment process. This Service Fulfillment Policy explains how service orders are processed, how customers submit project materials, and when completed video files are delivered.
As our services are digital and project-based, no physical products are shipped. All completed deliverables are provided electronically through appropriate digital delivery methods.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
Customers may request our video editing services through our website or designated communication channels.
After receiving a service request, we will review the project details, including the type of video, editing requirements, source materials, and expected deliverables.
Once the service scope and applicable pricing have been agreed upon, customers may proceed with payment.
Order Confirmation Time:
- Order and payment information is generally reviewed within 1–2 business days.
- A confirmation email or other appropriate notification will be sent once the order has been accepted.
- Project processing will begin after payment confirmation and receipt of the required project materials.
2. Submission of Project Materials
Customers are responsible for providing the video footage, images, audio files, editing instructions, and other materials necessary to complete their projects.
To help ensure an efficient workflow, customers should submit all required materials through the designated file-sharing or communication method.
Material Review Time:
- Submitted materials are generally reviewed within 1–2 business days after receipt.
- If any files are missing, incomplete, corrupted, or incompatible, we will contact the customer for clarification or replacement materials.
- The project timeline may be adjusted if additional materials or instructions are required.
The actual editing schedule begins once the necessary materials and project instructions have been received and confirmed.
3. Video Editing and Project Processing
After payment has been confirmed and all required materials have been received, our team will begin the agreed video editing work.
The editing process may include:
- Reviewing and organizing source footage.
- Trimming, arranging, and sequencing video clips.
- Adding transitions and visual enhancements.
- Adjusting basic visual elements.
- Synchronizing and refining audio.
- Applying the agreed editing style and creative direction.
- Preparing the final video for digital delivery.
Standard Processing Time:
Most standard video editing projects are completed within 3–7 business days after all required materials and instructions have been received and confirmed.
Projects involving longer footage, complex editing requirements, extensive visual effects, or multiple deliverables may require approximately 7–15 business days or longer, depending on the agreed scope of work.
If a project requires additional time, we will communicate the estimated revised completion date to the customer.
4. Quality Review and Final Preparation
Before delivery, completed video files undergo a reasonable review process to ensure that they generally match the agreed project requirements.
This process may include checking:
- Video sequence and overall presentation.
- Audio synchronization and playback.
- Visual consistency and transitions.
- File format and basic playback compatibility.
- Requested project specifications.
Quality Review Time:
The final review and preparation process generally takes 1–2 business days, depending on project complexity.
If any issues are identified during this stage, reasonable adjustments will be made before the final files are delivered.
5. Digital Delivery of Completed Services
All completed video editing deliverables are provided electronically. We do not ship physical products.
Depending on the project requirements and file size, delivery may be completed through:
- A downloadable file.
- A secure file-sharing link.
- Another agreed digital delivery method.
Delivery Time:
Once editing and final quality review are completed, the finished video files are generally delivered within 1 business day.
Customers will receive an email or other appropriate notification containing the delivery information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact details are accurate and that they can access the designated delivery method.
6. Revisions and Additional Requests
If revisions are included in the original service agreement, customers may submit feedback after reviewing the initial delivery.
To ensure efficient processing, customers should provide clear and consolidated revision instructions.
Revision Processing Time:
- Initial review of revision requests: 1–2 business days.
- Standard revisions: Generally 2–4 business days.
- More extensive revisions: May require additional time depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
Requests that go beyond the original project scope, including substantial changes in creative direction, additional footage, or new deliverables, may involve additional fees.
Any additional charges and revised timelines will be communicated for customer approval before the extra work begins.
7. Delays and Project Schedule Adjustments
Although we make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframes, certain circumstances may affect the fulfillment schedule, including:
- Delayed submission of required video materials.
- Incomplete or unclear project instructions.
- Requests for additional editing work.
- Delayed customer feedback or approvals.
- Large file transfers or technical compatibility issues.
- Unexpected technical interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an updated estimated completion date.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure timely service fulfillment, customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate contact and project information.
- Submit all required video materials in compatible formats.
- Provide clear editing instructions and references.
- Respond to reasonable clarification requests.
- Review delivered videos and submit feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that all submitted materials are legally authorized for use.
Delays caused by missing materials, incomplete instructions, or late customer responses may extend the original project schedule.
9. Service Completion
A project will generally be considered completed once the agreed video editing deliverables have been prepared and delivered to the customer through the designated digital delivery method.
Any included revisions will be handled according to the original service agreement.
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing delivered files, they should contact our support team for assistance.
