2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities
By using our website or purchasing our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit all video footage, images, audio recordings, music, and other materials for editing.
- Your submitted materials do not knowingly violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
- You will cooperate with reasonable requests for project information, materials, and clarification.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted to us is lawful and appropriate for the requested service.
3. Orders and Service Confirmation
Customers may submit service requests through our website or other designated communication channels.
Before beginning a project, we may review the customer’s requirements, source materials, editing preferences, and expected deliverables.
An order or service request will be considered confirmed once the applicable service details and pricing have been agreed upon and payment has been successfully completed or otherwise confirmed according to the agreed payment arrangement.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request when the requested work is outside our service capabilities, involves unlawful content, or cannot reasonably be completed under the proposed requirements.
4. Pricing, Billing, and Payment Terms
4.1 One-Time Purchases Only
All services offered by Breanna Visual Works LLC are provided on a one-time purchase basis.
Each purchase represents a single transaction for a specific video editing project or agreed scope of work. Customers are charged once for the selected service or project unless additional work is separately requested and approved.
We do not offer subscription-based services, recurring billing plans, automatic renewals, or ongoing membership payment programs.
4.2 One-Time Payment Authorization
By submitting an order and completing payment, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge the applicable amount for the selected service.
The payment is a one-time charge associated with the specific order. No additional recurring charges will be made automatically.
4.3 Additional Services and Project Changes
If you request additional editing work, substantial revisions beyond the originally agreed scope, additional deliverables, or other services not included in the original order, additional fees may apply.
Any additional charges will be communicated to you for approval before the additional work begins. We will not automatically charge you for unapproved additional services.
4.4 Pricing Information
All applicable service prices, fees, and payment requirements will be presented or communicated before purchase.
We reserve the right to update our service pricing at any time. However, changes to published prices will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed upon or required by law.
4.5 Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store complete payment card information unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers must provide accurate payment information and ensure that the selected payment method is authorized for the transaction.
5. Project Materials and Customer Content
Customers are responsible for providing the necessary video footage, images, audio files, written instructions, and other materials required for their projects.
All submitted materials should meet the technical requirements communicated for the relevant service.
Breanna Visual Works LLC will use customer-provided materials solely for providing the requested services and related project communications, unless otherwise authorized or required by law.
Customers retain ownership of the original materials they provide, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of original footage and important project files.
6. Project Timeline and Delivery
Estimated project completion and delivery times will be communicated based on the scope and complexity of each project.
Delivery timelines may depend on:
- The amount and quality of source footage.
- The complexity of editing requirements.
- The completeness of customer instructions.
- The timely submission of necessary project materials.
- The number of agreed revisions.
- Customer feedback and approval time.
Delays caused by incomplete materials, late feedback, additional requests, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the original estimated timeline.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant project delays when they occur.
7. Revisions and Approval
The revision arrangements for each project will be communicated before work begins.
Customers should review delivered videos carefully and provide clear feedback regarding any requested adjustments.
Revisions within the originally agreed project scope may be included where specified in the service description or project agreement.
Requests involving substantial changes to the original concept, new footage, additional deliverables, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and an adjusted delivery schedule.
Once a customer approves the final deliverables, subsequent changes may be treated as a new service request.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because our services involve customized digital work and project-specific labor, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed according to the stage of the project and the applicable refund policy.
Customers who wish to cancel a project or request a refund should contact us as soon as possible.
Any approved refund will be processed according to our separate Refund and Return Policy and applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain ownership of the original footage, images, audio files, and other materials they provide.
Upon full payment, customers may use the completed video deliverables for the purposes agreed upon for their project, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights and licensing restrictions.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing editing methods, workflows, templates, tools, and proprietary materials used in providing our services.
Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses or permissions for third-party music, images, video clips, fonts, and other copyrighted materials they request us to incorporate into their projects.
No ownership or licensing rights to third-party materials are transferred through our services unless expressly permitted by the relevant rights holder.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, hardware problems, or other unexpected technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
