REFUND POLICY

At Breanna Visual Works LLC, we strive to provide professional and reliable video editing services that meet our customers’ project requirements. We understand that circumstances may change and that customers may occasionally need to request a cancellation or refund.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and processing timeframes for refund requests related to our video editing services.

Because our services involve customized digital work, project-specific labor, and electronic delivery, refund eligibility is determined based on the nature of the request and the progress of the project.

1. Refund Request Period

Customers may submit a refund request within 30 days from the original payment date.

To help us review requests efficiently, customers should provide their order details, payment information, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

All refund requests will be evaluated according to this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1 Service Not Yet Started

If a customer requests cancellation before any project work has begun, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, provided that the service has not been initiated and no non-refundable third-party costs have been incurred.

2.2 Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to provide the agreed video editing service or deliver the completed project due to circumstances within our control, customers may be eligible for a full or appropriate partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

2.3 Significant Service Issues

If the delivered video does not substantially match the agreed project requirements, customers should contact us with a description of the issues.

We will first review the concerns and, where appropriate, offer reasonable corrections or revisions within the original project scope.

If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the extent of the service deficiency.

2.4 Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a verified payment processing error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

2.5 Unauthorized Transactions

Customers who believe that a payment was made without their authorization should contact us promptly so that we can review the transaction and provide appropriate assistance.

3. Non-Refundable or Limited Refund Circumstances

Refunds may not be available, or may be limited, under the following circumstances, subject to applicable law:

  • The agreed video editing work has been completed and delivered in accordance with the confirmed project requirements.
  • The customer changes their mind after the editing process has substantially progressed.
  • The customer provides incomplete, incorrect, or unusable source materials that prevent the project from being completed as originally planned.
  • The customer requests changes that fall outside the original project scope.
  • The delivered work reflects the editing instructions and specifications previously approved by the customer.
  • Delays are primarily caused by the customer’s failure to provide required materials, instructions, or feedback.
  • The customer is dissatisfied solely because of subjective creative preferences that differ from the previously agreed requirements, after the agreed revisions have been reasonably provided.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the current stage of the project:

  • Before Project Processing: Customers may generally request a full refund if editing work has not started.
  • During Initial Processing: A refund may be considered after deducting reasonable costs for work already completed, where permitted by law.
  • During Advanced Editing: Refunds may be limited to the portion of the service that has not been performed.
  • After Final Delivery: Refund requests will be evaluated based on the agreed service requirements, any reported deficiencies, and applicable refund conditions.

Once a cancellation request is received, we will review the project status and communicate the available options.

5. Revision and Resolution Process

We aim to resolve service-related concerns fairly and efficiently.

If a customer identifies an issue with a delivered video, we recommend contacting us before submitting a refund request.

Our resolution process generally includes:

  1. The customer contacts our support team and explains the issue.
  2. We review the original project requirements and delivered materials.
  3. We determine whether the issue can be addressed through revisions or corrections.
  4. If appropriate, we arrange reasonable adjustments within the agreed project scope.
  5. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, we evaluate whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.

Revision Review Time: Generally 1–2 business days after receiving the customer’s feedback.

Standard Revision Time: Generally 2–4 business days, depending on the nature and complexity of the requested adjustments.

Additional work outside the original agreement may involve extra charges, which will be communicated for customer approval before proceeding.

  • Refund Review: Generally 3–5 business days after receiving the necessary information.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will generally be submitted within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

If a refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers may contact us for an update.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Project Files and Customer Materials

Customers retain ownership of the original footage, images, audio files, and other materials they provide, subject to applicable third-party rights.

If a project is canceled or refunded, we will handle customer-submitted materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal obligations.

Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backup copies of all original project materials.

Breanna Visual Works LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

The version in effect at the time of the relevant purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
